I added a Customer Connect Chat Bot to the site. An icon appears in the lower right corner in the browser (also in the mobile version). If I’m at my desk during regular Eastern Time work hours, I may even respond to a ping.
This Chat Bot integrates with Microsoft 365 Copilot/Teams and is super simple to implement. I haven’t done anything fancy (multiple agents, colors, hours, etc.,) but those elements are editable.
